The journey further deepens as you step into the world of Homeric legends at the UNESCO World Heritage site of Troy. You will traverse the ancient city walls, visit the legendary Scaean Gate, and explore the archaeological remnants of nine distinct city layers that reveal the rise and fall of civilizations spanning over three millennia.
The route is straightforward: three nights in Istanbul and one in Canakkale. On Day 3 you drive through Thrace to Eceabat on the Gallipoli Peninsula, have lunch and tour the battlefields, including Brighton Beach, Ari Burnu Cemetery, The Nek, Johnston's Jolly, the Respect to Mehmetcik statue and the Chunuk Bair New Zealand Memorial, before crossing the Dardanelles by ferry to Canakkale. Day 4 starts at the Trojan Horse in the centre of Canakkale and the replica at Troy, followed by the half-day tour of the ancient city and the afternoon drive back to Istanbul.

Our representative meets you at the arrival exit of Istanbul Airport (IST) or Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW) and takes you to your hotel by private transfer. After settling in, take the opportunity to rest or enjoy a leisurely walk through the neighborhood. In the evening, enjoy a welcome dinner featuring traditional Turkish mezes and kebabs, providing a flavorful introduction to your Turkish adventure. You will spend the night in Istanbul.
After breakfast, meet your professional guide for a full-day exploration of Istanbul’s historic center. You will visit the 6th-century Hagia Sophia, the iconic Blue Mosque with its famous Iznik tiles, and the historic Hippodrome. The afternoon is dedicated to the Topkapi Palace, the former residence of Ottoman sultans, followed by a visit to the sprawling Grand Bazaar. Lunch and dinner are provided at local restaurants, and you will stay overnight in Istanbul.
Depart early for the Gallipoli Peninsula. Upon arrival in Eceabat, enjoy lunch before beginning a guided tour of the WWI battlefields. You will visit ANZAC Cove, Brighton Beach, the Lone Pine memorial, and the 57th Infantry Regiment Cemetery, among other significant sites. After observing the trenches at Johnston’s Jolly and the views from Chunuk Bair, you will cross the Dardanelles by ferry to reach Çanakkale. Dinner and overnight stay in Çanakkale.
After breakfast, visit the legendary site of Troy. Your tour includes the iconic Trojan Horse replica and a detailed exploration of the archaeological site, including the Temple of Athena, the Scaean Gate, and the city walls of Troy VI and VII. Learn about the history of the Trojan War before enjoying lunch. In the afternoon, you will depart for the return drive to Istanbul. Dinner and overnight stay in Istanbul.
After breakfast, the time until your transfer is free for a last walk around Istanbul. Depending on your flight time, our driver collects you at the hotel and takes you to the airport (about 1–1.5 hours to IST, 2–2.5 hours to SAW depending on traffic). End of tour.
