Golf Among the Pines of Belek

This eight-day package is a relaxed way to combine golf with a beach holiday. You stay seven nights at the Riu Kaya Belek resort on an ultra all-inclusive basis and play six rounds of golf, one on each full day from Day 2 to Day 7.

The 18-hole course was designed by the British architect David Jones and stretches across 650,000 square metres of Belek's pine forest. Tree-lined fairways and the mild Mediterranean climate make it pleasant to play in most seasons, and the layout rewards accuracy as much as length.

Kaya Belek opened in 1998 and was completely renovated in 2006. Its 506 rooms make it a lively but easy-going base, especially popular with families: there is a kids' club, children's activities run by a large animation team and a playground. Other facilities include a 24-hour reception with currency exchange, a café, a newspaper stand and bicycle rental (charges apply) for exploring the area, all close to the beach.

Belek is Turkey's golf capital, with more than a dozen courses set between pine forest and sandy shore, and spring and autumn are the classic seasons for golf breaks here.

Transfers between Antalya Airport and the hotel are included on arrival and departure. The trip is self-guided, so outside your tee times you are free to spend the days on the beach, at the pool or with the family. It suits golfers travelling with non-playing partners or children who want a full week of rounds without giving up a classic resort holiday.
