On the third morning you fly from Istanbul to Kayseri and transfer straight to the ski fields of Mount Erciyes, the great volcanic peak that rises above the city. Four nights are spent at a hotel in the Erciyes ski area, which leaves three and a half days to use exactly as you like: long days on the pistes, time on the summit slopes to take in the views over central Anatolia, an excursion down into Kayseri to wander its local markets, or a slower afternoon in a Turkish bath. There is no fixed programme on the mountain, so experienced skiers and first-timers can each set their own pace.
The package keeps the logistics simple: arrival and departure transfers in Istanbul, transfers between Kayseri airport and Erciyes, three nights of hotel accommodation in Istanbul, daily breakfast and four dinners, hotel room taxes, and a guided Istanbul city tour with the Hippodrome, the Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace and the Spice Bazaar. The return flights between Istanbul and Kayseri, ski lift passes and ski equipment hire are not included, which lets you choose the pass length and gear that suit your own skiing. On the way back, the final night in Istanbul gives you a free afternoon in the city before your onward flight.

Upon your arrival at Istanbul International Airport, you will be met by your professional guide. After a warm welcome, you will be transferred to your hotel in the city. Istanbul, historically known as Byzantium and Constantinople, serves as a fascinating bridge between two continents. Spend the rest of the day settling in and preparing for the cultural and winter adventures that lie ahead in this vibrant city of minarets, palaces, and historic bazaars.
Today is dedicated to discovering the monumental treasures of Istanbul. We begin with a visit to the Hippodrome and the ancient Egyptian Obelisk. We then proceed to the Blue Mosque, famous for its six minarets, followed by the Topkapi Palace, the former residence of Ottoman sultans, where you will explore extensive treasure chambers. After a lunch break, we visit the Grand Spice Bazaar, a sensory delight filled with exotic spices, Turkish delight, baklava, and traditional handicrafts. Following the tour, you will be transferred back to your hotel.
After breakfast and check-out you are taken to Istanbul Airport for the domestic flight to Kayseri (not included). A transfer then brings you up to the ski fields of Mount Erciyes, where the rest of the day is free: head onto the slopes straight away, enjoy the views from higher up the mountain, or ease into the trip with a visit to a Turkish bath. Most guests spend it skiing from first lift to last, but you are equally free to ride up for the panorama, go down to Kayseri for a look around the city and its markets, or simply rest. Your last full day in the mountains is again yours to plan: a final long day of skiing, a shopping trip into Kayseri, or a quiet day enjoying the snowy scenery from the resort. Overnight in Erciyes.
Following a final breakfast in the mountains, you will check out and be transferred to Kayseri Airport for your flight back to Istanbul. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel. The remainder of the day is at your leisure, providing you with the perfect opportunity to revisit your favorite spots in the city, do some final souvenir shopping, or simply relax at the hotel.
After breakfast, you will check out of your hotel. We will arrange your transfer to the airport according to your flight schedule, marking the end of your Turkish winter adventure.
