Today is dedicated to the historic heart of Istanbul. We begin at Sultanahmet Square to visit the Blue Mosque, famous for its exquisite blue Iznik tiles, and the magnificent 6th-century Hagia Sophia. We will also explore the ancient Hippodrome, viewing the Obelisk of Theodosius, the Serpent Column, and the Column of Constantine. We depart Istanbul for the lush countryside of Masukiye, a region celebrated for its fresh air and natural beauty.
