My husband and I chose Inca Tour for our honeymoon and we are so glad we did. The boutique hotel selection was beautiful and the Bosphorus dinner cruise was so romantic. Thank you for making our trip special!
6 Days Cappadocia City & Cooking Tour – Ozkonak, Goreme, Uchisar and Turkish Bath (Group Tour)
Highlights of the Cappadocia City & Cooking Tour
Cappadocia rewards slow travel. Beyond its famous open-air museums and underground cities lie countless rock-cut chapels, quiet valleys and strange stone formations, and this six-day programme based in Nevsehir is designed to let you see the essentials without rushing, while also tasting local life through food, a traditional bath and a day entirely at your own pace. Five nights of hotel accommodation, airport transfers and a professional English-speaking guide on the touring days are included, and the trip is available both as a private tour and as a shared group departure.
The full sightseeing day begins underground at Ozkonak, one of the best-preserved subterranean cities of the region, then climbs to Uchisar Castle, the highest point in Cappadocia. At the Goreme Open Air Museum you see rock churches decorated with frescoes from around the 10th century depicting the life of Christ and of the monks, before walking among the abandoned cave houses of Cavusin. Lunch is served in Avanos, home of a long pottery tradition, where a workshop visit shows how clay is shaped on the wheel. The afternoon continues to Pasabag and its three-headed fairy chimneys, a showroom of handwoven Cappadocian carpets and kilims, Devrent Valley with its animal-shaped rocks, a wine tasting in Urgup and finally the Three Beauties, the emblem of the region.
On day three a local chef teaches you to cook Cappadocian dishes, salads and desserts rooted in Turkish, Anatolian and even Hittite traditions, and you enjoy the result for lunch before free time for shopping in town. Day four is reserved for a hamam, the Turkish bath whose cold, warm and hot rooms descend from the Roman baths, complete with the attendant scrub. Day five is free: sleep in, explore on your own or add an optional excursion at extra cost. Five breakfasts, one lunch, air-conditioned non-smoking transport and the entrance fees listed in the programme are covered.

What Our Travellers Say
Real, verified reviews from travellers who explored Turkey with us.
It was important for us to have a guide who spoke Russian, and Ender was wonderful. He explained every detail at Dolmabahce Palace. The Princes Islands day trip was a beautiful break from the busy city.
Our guide Ender was incredibly knowledgeable about Turkish history. The hot-air balloon ride at sunrise in Cappadocia was the highlight of our trip. Everything was perfectly organized — from airport pick-up to the last d...
Ender was our Italian-speaking guide and we felt like family. He took us to local spots tourists never see. The hotel choice in Sultanahmet was perfect for walking everywhere.
10+ years later we still talk about our Cappadocia balloon ride and the Bosphorus sunset cruise. Some memories are timeless. Thank you Inca Tour!
