My husband and I chose Inca Tour for our honeymoon and we are so glad we did. The boutique hotel selection was beautiful and the Bosphorus dinner cruise was so romantic. Thank you for making our trip special!
5 Days Kutahya Tour: City Heritage, Cooking Class, Turkish Bath and Enne Dam Nature Park Private Tour
Highlights of the 5-Day Kutahya City, Cooking and Nature Tour
This five-day programme takes a slower look at Kutahya, the western Anatolian city celebrated for its tiles and ceramics, and balances history with food, relaxation and fresh air. You stay four nights in the same hotel, and the package covers airport transfers, four open-buffet breakfasts, one local lunch, an English-speaking guide on each excursion and the entrance fees on the itinerary. Each touring day has a clear theme: the monuments of the city, a cooking class, and a day combining a traditional hamam with a visit to a lakeside nature park outside town.
The city tour covers the Cinili Mosque, decorated outside with tens of thousands of ceramic plates, and the 14th-century Donenler Mosque, a former Mevlevi lodge with a galleried ceremonial hall. The Archaeology Museum presents a Roman sarcophagus once placed in the Zeus sanctuary at Aizanoi, finely carved grave stelae and Bronze Age ceramics, and the Grand Mosque of 1410 impresses with marble pillars and calligraphy. You also visit the Geology Museum in the 16th-century Sengul Turkish Bath, the Kossuth Museum dedicated to the Hungarian patriot Lajos Kossuth, the Tile Museum, the Kursunlu Mosque of 1377, the Clock Tower, Germiyan Street with its restored Ottoman houses, the Kent Museum and the 8th-century Kutahya Fortress.
On the third day a chef shows you how to make sini mantisi, the city's favourite dish, and a dessert, which become your lunch before free time for shopping. Day four begins in a traditional Turkish bath, where heat, steam, a scrub and a soap massage are followed by tea in the resting room, and continues at Enne Dam Nature Park, about 16 kilometres west of the centre, a calm spot of pine woods and cool water popular for picnics and fishing.

Day-by-Day Itinerary
Your full program, day by day — click a day to see every stop.
Day 1 Arrival - Kutahya ▾
You are met at Kutahya Airport and transferred to your hotel, where you check in and receive your room key. The remainder of the day is free. Use it to unpack and rest, or head into the centre to see the tile-decorated streets and squares for the first time. Tomorrow the guided programme starts after breakfast, so an early night will leave you fresh for a full day of sightseeing in the city.
Day 2 Kutahya 🍽 Breakfast ▾
Your guide meets you after breakfast for a full exploration of the city. The day opens at the Cinili Mosque and the Donenler Mosque, once a lodge of the Mevlevi dervishes, then moves on to the Archaeology Museum and its Aizanoi sarcophagus, the Grand Mosque built in 1410 and the Geology Museum in the old Sengul Turkish Bath. The Kossuth Museum shows how an upper-class family lived in the mid-19th century, while the Tile Museum reveals the city's long ceramic tradition. You continue to the Kursunlu Mosque, the Clock Tower, Germiyan Street and the Kent Museum, and conclude at the hilltop Kutahya Fortress before returning to the hotel.
Day 3 Kutahya - Kutahya, Enne Dam Nature Park 🍽 Breakfast · Lunch ▾
After breakfast you are driven to a local restaurant for a professional cooking lesson. The chef introduces you to the flavours of Kutahya and guides you as you prepare sini mantisi, tiny dumplings baked together in a wide tray, plus a dessert. Along the way you learn useful techniques and recipes for your own kitchen. The meal you prepare is your lunch, and the afternoon is free for shopping in the city centre before you return to the hotel.
Day 4 Kutahya, Enne Dam Nature Park - Kutahya 🍽 Breakfast ▾
This morning begins at a traditional Turkish bath, a centuries-old place of cleansing and rest lit by natural light and decorated with coloured tiles. Under the central dome the warmth opens the pores before an attendant gives you a scrub and a gentle soap massage, after which you relax with tea in the resting room. Refreshed, you drive to Enne Dam Nature Park, 16 kilometres west of the city, to enjoy the pine trees, cool water and clean air. Later you are taken back to your hotel.
Day 5 Departure - Departure 🍽 Breakfast ▾
After breakfast you have free time in Kutahya until your departure transfer. Depending on your flight time, the driver collects you from the hotel and takes you to Kutahya Airport for your journey home, ending five varied days in the city of tiles. Our team is happy to help with any last-minute questions about luggage or timing, and we hope to welcome you back to Turkey for another journey through the country.

What Our Travellers Say
Real, verified reviews from travellers who explored Turkey with us.
It was important for us to have a guide who spoke Russian, and Ender was wonderful. He explained every detail at Dolmabahce Palace. The Princes Islands day trip was a beautiful break from the busy city.
Our guide Ender was incredibly knowledgeable about Turkish history. The hot-air balloon ride at sunrise in Cappadocia was the highlight of our trip. Everything was perfectly organized — from airport pick-up to the last d...
Ender was our Italian-speaking guide and we felt like family. He took us to local spots tourists never see. The hotel choice in Sultanahmet was perfect for walking everywhere.
10+ years later we still talk about our Cappadocia balloon ride and the Bosphorus sunset cruise. Some memories are timeless. Thank you Inca Tour!
