This eleven-day itinerary strings together Turkey's most loved destinations: Istanbul, Cappadocia, Antalya, Pamukkale and Bodrum. It mixes guided sightseeing with time on the water, from a Bosphorus dinner cruise on the first night to a day of swimming in the bays of Bodrum near the end, and suits travellers who want variety without planning each step themselves.
Istanbul gets three full days. After a welcome evening on a Bosphorus dinner cruise with a show and drinks, you tour the Hippodrome, the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, then sail across the Sea of Marmara to Büyükada, the largest of the Princes' Islands, for a horse-cart ride and a fish lunch. A daytime Bosphorus cruise passes Dolmabahçe, Çırağan and Beylerbeyi palaces and the Rumeli Fortress before a stop at the Spice Bazaar and the flight to Cappadocia.
In Cappadocia you explore Özkonak Underground City, the frescoed churches of the Göreme Open-Air Museum, Çavuşin, an Avanos pottery workshop, Love Valley, Devrent Valley and the Three Beauties, with an optional sunrise balloon flight. A flight takes you on to Antalya for Kaleiçi, Hadrian's Gate, the Broken Minaret, the Hıdırlık Tower and the Düden Waterfalls.
From Antalya you continue to Pamukkale for the white travertine terraces and the ruins of Hierapolis, then by coach to Bodrum. A full-day boat trip visits several bays and the warm mineral springs of Black Island before your flight back to Istanbul. Domestic flights are not included in the price.

Arrive at Istanbul Airport, meet our staff and transfer to your hotel. In the evening, join a Bosphorus dinner cruise with a private seating area: welcome cocktail, DJ, belly dancer, folk dancers and Romany dance, with dinner and unlimited soft and local alcoholic drinks. Return to your hotel. Overnight in Istanbul.
Visit the Hippodrome with the Obelisk of Theodosius, the Serpent Column and the Column of Constantine, the Blue Mosque with its Iznik tiles and Hagia Sophia, the greatest surviving work of Byzantine architecture. Lunch break, then a shopping stop for spices, Turkish delight, coffee and souvenirs. Please bring a headscarf for the mosque visits. Overnight in Istanbul.
Cruise across the Sea of Marmara, seeing Topkapı Palace, the Maiden's Tower and Üsküdar from the water, to Büyükada, once the retreat of Byzantine princes. Tour the island by horse-drawn carriage and stop for lunch at a fish restaurant; in summer there is time for the beach. Return to your hotel. Overnight in Istanbul.
Cruise the Bosphorus past Dolmabahçe Palace, Yıldız Park, Çırağan Palace, Ortaköy, the Rumeli Fortress and Beylerbeyi Palace. After lunch, visit the Spice Bazaar, then transfer to Istanbul Airport for the domestic flight to Cappadocia and on to your cave hotel. Overnight in Cappadocia. Ask your guide if you wish to book the optional balloon flight for the next morning.
At 09:30 depart for Özkonak Underground City, then the Göreme Open-Air Museum with its 10th-century frescoes and the abandoned cave village of Çavuşin. After lunch in Avanos, visit a pottery workshop, Love Valley, Devrent (Imagination) Valley and the Three Beauties fairy chimneys. Return to the hotel around 18:00. Overnight in Cappadocia.
Check out after breakfast and enjoy free time before your transfer to Kayseri Airport for the flight to Antalya. On arrival, transfer to your hotel; the rest of the day is free. Dinner and overnight in Antalya.
Walk through Kaleiçi past the marina, the Clock Tower, Hadrian's Gate, the Broken Minaret of the Korkut Mosque and the Hıdırlık Tower. After lunch, visit the Düden Waterfalls, fed by streams from the Taurus Mountains. Dinner and overnight in Antalya.
Pick-up between 08:00 and 09:30 and drive to Pamukkale. Check in around midday and have lunch, then visit the white travertine terraces and the ruins of Hierapolis, with the option to bathe in the thermal waters. This day runs as a group tour. Dinner and overnight in Pamukkale.
Travel by public coach from Pamukkale to Bodrum; our staff meet you at Bodrum bus station and transfer you to your hotel. Dinner and overnight in Bodrum.
Set sail around 11:00 for a day along the Bodrum coast, swimming and snorkelling in turquoise bays, with lunch served on board. At Black Island you can bathe in the grotto's warm mineral waters. Back on land around 17:00. Dinner and overnight in Bodrum.
Free time after breakfast, then transfer to Bodrum Airport for your domestic flight to Istanbul and onward journey.
