Your day begins with a visit to the Hagia Sophia, a 6th-century architectural marvel. We continue to Topkapi Palace, the former administrative center of the Ottoman Empire, and the Hagia Irene Church. After lunch, we explore the Hippodrome, home to the Egyptian Obelisk and the Serpent Column. We then visit the Blue Mosque, famous for its six minarets and intricate Iznik tiles. The tour ends at the Grand Bazaar with its more than 4,000 shops, and the evening is spent on a Bosphorus dinner cruise. Overnight in Istanbul.
Enjoy a morning boat excursion along the Bosphorus, viewing Dolmabahce Palace, Yildiz Palace, and the marble facade of Ciragan Palace. From the water, you will see the Rumeli Fortress and Beylerbeyi Palace. After lunch, we visit the Grand Spice Bazaar for local delicacies. Depart the harbor at 10:00 AM for a river boat tour. We will travel past the ancient Lycian rock tombs, with opportunities to spot turtles and blue crabs along the way. After breakfast and some free time, you are transferred to Fethiye. The rest of the day is free. Dinner and overnight in Fethiye.
We will pick you up from your hotel and transfer you to the harbor to board a traditional gulet. You will spend the day cruising the beautiful Gocek 12 Islands. The tour includes multiple stops for swimming in crystal-clear waters and strolling along golden sandy bays. A delicious lunch will be served on board. We return to the harbor around 4:00 PM for your transfer back to the hotel.
Prepare for an exhilarating adventure as you experience paragliding over the famous Blue Lagoon in Oludeniz. After a professional briefing from your pilot, you will take to the skies to enjoy breathtaking views and the sunset. This activity offers a unique perspective of the Turkish coastline. We depart at 8:00 AM for the ancient city of Tlos, where we will view the Lycian rock tombs, the theater, and the castle. Our journey continues to Yakapark National Park for lunch in a lush setting. Finally, we visit Saklikent Gorge, the second-largest gorge in Europe. You have the option to hike through the gorge or experience river rafting on a giant tube. Return to your hotel in Fethiye for the night.
Enjoy breakfast at your hotel. You will have the day free to explore Fethiye or relax by the coast. In the afternoon, you will be transferred to the airport for your domestic flight back to Istanbul.
