Göksu River Rafting Day
Your adventure begins at 08:45 AM at the designated meeting point in Silifke, where you will greet your guides and fellow rafters. At 09:00 AM, shuttle vehicles depart for the rafting starting area on the Göksu River. Upon arrival, the professional river team fits everyone with the necessary equipment — helmets, life jackets and paddles — and delivers a detailed safety briefing so that even complete beginners feel confident before launching. Then it is time to hit the water: the course covers approximately 13 kilometers and takes between 2.5 and 3 hours depending on river conditions and the pace of the group. Along the way you will bounce through exciting rapids, drift across calmer pools, splash through the cool mountain-fed water and enjoy the spectacular scenery of forested hills and rugged peaks that line the valley. There are plenty of moments to laugh, swim and capture photos with your crew. At the end of the course, changing facilities are available so you can slip into dry clothes before the shuttle carries you back to Silifke.
