This six-day program combines the classic sights of Cappadocia with three hands-on cultural experiences: a Turkish cooking class, a traditional hamam and a Turkish Night Show in a cave restaurant. You stay five nights in a hotel in Cappadocia, with transfers from and to Kayseri Airport, and every touring day is led by a professional English-speaking guide in an air-conditioned, non-smoking coach.
The full sightseeing day starts at Uchisar Castle, the highest point of the region, with wide views over valleys and fairy chimneys. It continues to the Goreme Open-Air Museum, inscribed by UNESCO, whose rock-cut churches keep their painted frescoes, and to Cavusin, an abandoned village carved into the volcanic rock. In Avanos you see how the town's pottery is shaped, then the route moves on to the animal-like rock formations of Devrent Valley, a wine tasting in Urgup and finally the Three Beauties, the capped fairy chimneys that symbolise Cappadocia. Dinner is included that evening.
On the third day a local chef leads a hands-on cooking class in which you cook local recipes, salads and sweets that draw on both Turkish and Middle Eastern kitchens, and then eat what you have cooked for lunch. The afternoon is free for strolling through the shops and picking up handmade souvenirs. Day four is set aside for a traditional Turkish bath, with a steam room and a full-body scrub; a massage can be added as an option. Dinner is included again that evening.
The fifth day ends with a Turkish Night Show staged in a restaurant carved into the rock, where folk dancers, live music and belly dancing share the stage with a staged village wedding from old Anatolia, and complimentary drinks are served. After breakfast on the last day you are transferred back to the airport. Meals included are five breakfasts, one lunch and two dinners; flights, insurance, city tax and the optional massage are not part of the package.

On arrival at Kayseri Airport you are met and transferred to your hotel in Cappadocia. After check-in the rest of the day is free to settle in and enjoy your first evening among the fairy chimneys and cave dwellings of the region. Overnight in Cappadocia.
After breakfast your guide takes you to Uchisar Castle for panoramic views, then to the Goreme Open-Air Museum with its rock-cut churches and frescoes, and on to the abandoned village of Cavusin. In Avanos you discover the art of pottery, before continuing to the surreal rock formations of Devrent Valley and a wine tasting in Urgup. The day ends at the iconic Three Beauties fairy chimneys. After breakfast you join a local chef for a hands-on cooking class, working step by step through a menu of Cappadocian specialities, salads and a dessert. The dishes you cook become your lunch. After breakfast you visit one of Cappadocia's historic hamams for a traditional Turkish bath ritual, including the steam room and a full-body scrub; a massage is available as an option. You return to the hotel feeling refreshed. Dinner and overnight in Cappadocia.
After breakfast the day is at leisure. In the evening you are taken to an authentic cave restaurant for a lively Turkish Night Show in which regional dance troupes, musicians and a belly dancer perform and a traditional Anatolian wedding is acted out, with drinks on the house. After breakfast you check out of your hotel and are transferred to Kayseri Airport for your onward journey, taking home memories of Cappadocia's landscapes, food and hospitality.
