My husband and I chose Inca Tour for our honeymoon and we are so glad we did. The boutique hotel selection was beautiful and the Bosphorus dinner cruise was so romantic. Thank you for making our trip special!
6 Days Kirsehir Tour: Underground City, Seyfe Lake, Cooking, Hamam & Thermal Springs Private Tour
Highlights of the 6 Days Kirsehir Tour
This six-day journey is the most complete way to get to know Kirsehir, a province of Central Anatolia known for its ancient mounds, underground settlements, wetlands and hot springs. Staying five nights in the same hotel, you combine a guided sightseeing day, a cooking class, a hamam visit and an excursion into the countryside to a Byzantine church and a thermal spa, with plenty of unhurried time in the city in between. You are met at and returned to Nevsehir-Cappadocia Airport, and a professional English-speaking guide accompanies each excursion.
Sightseeing starts at the Kalehoyuk (Castle Mound) Museum, devoted to a mound settled from roughly 3000 B.C. through to the Islamic period, then continues beneath the town centre in Mucur Underground City, a warren of 42 guest rooms, barns, worship areas, secret passageways and ventilation shafts. Seyfe Lake, a protected nature site, rounds off the day: 167 waterbird species have been counted here, including flamingos, grey herons, ruddy shelducks, cranes and crested grebes. Later in the week you travel to Taburoglu village to see Ucayak, the three-legged church, a 10th-century work of the Byzantine period, before relaxing at the Bulamacli thermal springs, one of the many spa sources created by the region's old volcanic geology.
Food and tradition fill the middle of the stay. In a local restaurant the chef teaches you to prepare Kirsehir dishes such as tantuni, with salads and desserts, and you eat the lunch you have made. Free time afterwards is ideal for browsing onyx handicrafts, carpets and kilims, all closely tied to the province. Another morning is reserved for a traditional Turkish bath at a time that suits you, followed by shopping and leisure in the centre. Breakfast is included daily, along with two local lunches, entrance fees and air-conditioned transport throughout.

What Our Travellers Say
Real, verified reviews from travellers who explored Turkey with us.
It was important for us to have a guide who spoke Russian, and Ender was wonderful. He explained every detail at Dolmabahce Palace. The Princes Islands day trip was a beautiful break from the busy city.
Our guide Ender was incredibly knowledgeable about Turkish history. The hot-air balloon ride at sunrise in Cappadocia was the highlight of our trip. Everything was perfectly organized — from airport pick-up to the last d...
Ender was our Italian-speaking guide and we felt like family. He took us to local spots tourists never see. The hotel choice in Sultanahmet was perfect for walking everywhere.
10+ years later we still talk about our Cappadocia balloon ride and the Bosphorus sunset cruise. Some memories are timeless. Thank you Inca Tour!
